Successful Projects
A selection of our recent projects
Stanmore HA7
For this particular project, we obtained planning permission to extend a town house in Stanmore HA7. This project included a full reconfiguration and refurbishment internally. We worked with the seller to purchase the property in line with their timescales as they were moving to the Midlands and didn't want to to leave their home before their new house was ready.
Mill Hill NW7
For this property we purchased the property and obtained planning permission for a large basement and double storey extension. The sellers wanted a very delayed completion as they were building their own new house so we worked with them to meet their requirements and timescales.
Mill Hill NW7
This was a property in great need of redevelopment! However, the owners did not want to spend the time or money on the planning process and wanted to sell the house quickly. We were able to work successfully with them and then obtained the planning permission to create a stunning house more befitting of the local area.
